Fly Talent is a global Experiential Staffing Company founded by “FlyGirl” Cynthia Romero. Cynthia’s Marketing and Event experience began in Chicago and took her to work Red Carpet Events throughout LA, to later on, sexy Miami.

Cynthia has taken on every role in the industry from being a National Tour Manager, Product Specialist, Street Team, Brand Ambassador, Bartender, Mascot, and so much more. Her love for events and people has enabled her to take on events with an understanding from every angle, identify issues to then find solutions, and make ANY event successful.

Fly Talent Worldwide, Inc. is headquartered in South Florida, with satellite offices in Miami, Southern California, Chicago, and Texas, staffing Worldwide! With over 14 years of IN-FIELD experience, our expertise is critical to the success of having your upcoming events run and managed smoothly.
